At Taylor Your Home, we know that things don’t always happen during office hours which is why we offer 24/7 emergency support for our tenants. Whether it’s a burst pipe or a broken lock, help is always just a phone call away.
For everything else, our friendly team is on hand to answer questions, arrange repairs, or simply offer advice. We believe renting should be straightforward and stress-free and we’re here to make sure it stays that way.

There are no hidden or unfair charges - only permitted fees as defined by law, such as holding deposits, rent, and security deposits. We believe in transparency and fairness at every step of your tenancy.
In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, the only fees we may charge in connection with a tenancy are:

Simply register your interest on the property you like via the link or pop us an email to hello@tayloryourhome.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the viewing, referencing and move-in process, it’s all straightforward and transparent.
You’ll need photo ID, proof of income and recent address history. We’ll explain exactly what’s required when you apply.
Rent is usually paid monthly by standing order. We’ll provide the details when you move in and send reminders to help you stay on track.
We ask that all maintenance is emailed to repairs@tayloryourhome.co.uk so everyone has a record. For emergencies, we offer 24/7 support, so you can always reach us if something urgent happens by phoning 01323 337001
If it’s an emergency (like a major leak or no heating in winter), call our number straight away - details are provided in your welcome pack and tenancy documents.
This depends on your tenancy agreement, but usually one month’s notice from your rent due date. We’ll guide you through the process to make it easy.
Please check with us first - some landlords are happy for minor updates, others prefer to keep things as they are.
Yes - your deposit is held securely in a government-approved protection scheme and you’ll receive all the details when you move in.
We carry out occasional inspections to make sure everything’s in good condition. You’ll always be given notice and they’re quick and respectful.

Yes - we offer a no deposit alternative through Reposit, which lets you move in without paying a traditional deposit upfront. Instead, you pay a small one-off fee, subject to referencing and approval. Reposit is optional.
We may receive a small commission when tenants use Reposit but there is never any extra cost added for tenants.
Many of our Landlords require a Guarantor by way of a UK Homeowner, however we also work with RentGuarantor, which can help if you don’t have a suitable guarantor. This is subject to Landlord approval.

We highly recommend Tenants take out Contents Insurance as most providers will cover your personal belongings as well as any damage to the property or the Landlord’s possessions.
